The Community Education Council Scholarship Fund Community Education Council of Elk and Cameron Counties is a participant with the Elk County Community Foundation. The Council began this fund realizing that a major deterrent for adult students returning to college is having the financial resources to do so and the CEC wants to be of assistance to those students. As the Community Education Council Scholarship fund grows it will be able to provide scholarships for the citizens of Elk and Cameron Counties attending classes at the CEC.
