Leaders in Training (LIT I) - is taking on a new direction for the beginning of its eighth year. This year’s program will begin in September and complete by the end of January. LIT I is designed for 8th grade students in the public and private schools and is sponsored by the Community Education Council. LIT I will enhance the participants leadership skills with hands-on-activities. A variety of activities for this 5 month program covers a variety of activities such as team building, communication skills, government awareness, diversity and community service projects.
