Community Education Council of Elk and Cameron Counties (CEC) is a participant with the Elk County Community Foundation. The Council began this fund realizing that a major deterrent for adult students returning to college is having the financial resources and the CEC wants to be of assistance to those students. As the Community Education Council Scholarship fund grows it will be able to provide scholarships for the citizens of Elk and Cameron Counties attending their classes in St. Marys at the CEC.

The Community Education Council of Elk and Cameron Counties (CEC) has been offering an Investor's Scholarship for approximately 10 years and to date over $32,000.00 has been awarded. If you will be taking a program through the CEC contact the staff to see if you may be eligible for assistance. All financial aid is based on need.
